The Brief
The Keychange Charity owns ten care communities dotted around England from Sheffield in the north to Southampton on the south coast and including ones in London, Gloucestershire and Devon.
Keychange came to us to help them expand and improve their existing marketing collateral.
A significant component of this was to be the photography of their homes, while they were also keen to explore new ways of marketing, including 360 Virtual Tours.
The Challenges
One of the main challenges was scheduling times and dates for all the shoots at their different geographic locations, making sure we were always considerate of the needs of residents.
We managed the whole project for them, clearly communicating timings of key events and deliverables every step of the way until the delivery of their new marketing materials.

Despite the complexity of the project and the distance between locations, we managed to hit all our deadlines, delivering each 360 Virtual Tour and all other materials within ten working days.
We even managed to find time to add additional information points to all rooms in post production.
