CARE HOME 360 - CASE STUDY
The Brief
Runwood Homes approached us during the first Covid lockdown and asked if we could help them with their online marketing by delivering a number of 360 Virtual Tours for their homes in the West Midlands.
Covid was proving a headache on many levels, not least that it had become almost impossible for them to provide care seekers an in-person, guided tour.
Without the ability to show the key features and benefits of living in one of their care homes, it was becoming difficult to convert interested care seekers into new residents.
As a result they were really struggling to keep their bed occupancy rates at sustainable levels.
The Challenges
One of the challenges we faced was how much ‘covid’ related materials, screens and signage would be left in the final version of each virtual tour.
We wanted the homes to look really clean and safe, while still looking like a welcoming, home from home environment
We were also very respectful when it came to each shoot, with only one member of our team capturing each virtual tour.
They took with them only the minimum amount of equipment needed, which was all wiped with antibacterial wipes to help minimise any spread of the virus.

The Outcome
We created a bespoke 360 Virtual Tour for each of their locations in the West Midlands
Each virtual tour was delivered within ten working days, this included the time spent customising each tour in post production, adding branded elements and information points.
We hosted all the virtual tours on our servers, giving our client the code to use to embed the tours on their website and various directory listings on carehome.co.uk.
